Payment
GottaVape LLC accepts payment from the following sources: American Express, Visa, MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide the correct billing address and telephone number . Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order. Personal checks are not accepted.
Out-of-Stock Products
It is our intention to only offer products we currently hold in stock. However, if your item is purchase is currently on back order it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to availability of products that you have ordered. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday may not ship until the following business day. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Returns, Repairs and Exchange Policy
Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.
There will be no refunds on any order once it has shipped.
There are no refunds on E-Liquid.
Please check your order as soon as it is received to insure that it is in proper working order and that all the contents are present.
Merchandise defective on arrival may be considered for exchange upon GottaVape LLC receiving the said product. If any part of your order is not working upon arrival please contact us through our contact page.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will automatically be added to your order at time of check for residents of the state of North Carolina.
